De Novo – It means a fresh start from the beginning. It is what we do. We work with patients who seek our assistance to get a fresh start in Salt Lake City, UT. Our rehab clinic provides addiction treatment to help our patients reclaim a normal life as they define “normal.”


Addictions we treat

• Alcohol • Amphetamines • Cocaine • Narcotics • Nicotine • Opioids • Painkillers • Process Addictions (Gambling, pornography, etc).

We offer individual and group counseling for all addictions. Where we believe it would be helpful we offer medication assisted treatment such as Campral or ReVia/Naltrexone for alcohol dependence, Wellbutrin or Chantix for nicotine dependence, and Suboxone/buprenorphine or methadone for opioid (narcotic) dependence.

We are licensed by the State of Utah Department of Human Services, the State of Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing, the city of South Salt Lake City, and The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). We have three year accreditation from the Council on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Now accepting Regence Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurance--we are in their network! Once you have met your deductible you will generally just have a $15-25 a week copay. We will also help bill for other out of network insurance.
